When ordering online didn’t work, I almost moved on to another competitor’s site. BUT I reluctantly decided to try and call them to place an order. Reluctant because so often businesses that have online ordering almost always have poor customer service attitudes on the phone. Boy, was I surprised. They apologized the online system wasn’t working, offered to send me a quote, cheerfully helped with my order, re confirmed they had my details right, advised me of expected shipping time. The person on the phone knew their products. And as SO pleasant to talk too. Really made me feel like a valued customer for what must have been a small value order to them. Made my day!
Update 11 Oct 23. Whilst I stand by my review above about the ordering process, I was extremely let down by the delivery service. Ordered on 11 Sep, told 7-10 days but did not get it until 11 October. 1 month? Thier freight forwarder let them down, no communication, twice I followed up with WBD and the promised dates were missed.

We ordered a 1200 x 1200 whiteboard for the gym at work, which we liked that much that we decided to purchase 2 more @ 2700 x 1200 for the boardrooms. We love them!!! Great customer service & easy delivery too. Overall very happy 🙂

Honestly an amazing experience! Amazing stuff and even better deals! I spent $170 and walked out with an absolutely boot full of things!!! The only thing I wish I had was a receipt so I could see what I was charged for items(she discounts so much for you!) ! But other than that (you get a deal no matter what!). Honestly worth a look before going to Kmart that’s for sure!!!!!
